Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Products must not be damaged
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, opened consumable products may not be eligible for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to appear depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
